So that probably affects your timeline. I think you're making a few assumptions that might be unsupported by facts. Why would they kidnap Maomao? No matter how much damage Maomao was doing to their plans, they seemed to only decide to kidnap her when they realized she had figured out so much from Shenlu. I don't think it was premeditated. I also think they don't hold a lot of malice against Maomao. It's just that Maomao forced their hand. Also, you only saw one envoy.
