Damn, when you realized the reason why, that was great, this season as been so damn good as you said and watching the episodes again with your reactions has just added to it. Really like what you said specifically about writing smart characters, it is hard to put into words, but these two just aren't ordinary in multiple ways, and the way they are written just works so well. There is something about for example Osanai's brutal honesty that fits her character so well, she is so damn smart but also lacks a certain social skill set that makes her such an interesting character, Kobato as well really. Great stuff, this season really might be a 10/10.
