Public Perception Is What Matters (Shades)

The Persona games have a lot of themes about like, perception, both your own and that of others and P5 from what I recall had a lot regarding like, how the public perceived things. And the real world affects the cognition world but also vice versa.
This is a twisting of that where public perception causes Joker to both be captured and then his capture only fuels the belief that the cops are stronger burying him further and further as their prize.
Right as I was almost done I realized I could erase the eyes and do a 'shadow' variant. This sort of thing I find very hot but I realize others prefer the normal skin so I've presented both versions for whatever your preference is.
I experimented with the paneling here, something different from the usual 6/7 panel pattern where the changes all happen sort of at the same time but given their own panel. I also tried to convey the dream like nature of Mementos with more abstract backgrounds and louder colors.
