So a dude called Eric Green Is reportedly working on behalf of Viz Media (and a lot of the reaction community are debating this authenticity) and has been the one issuing most of the takedown notices on behalf of Viz.
So now they are issuing STRIKES (3 and your out) against YouTube channels that keep linking monitored content to Patreon.
No warnings. Your channel is just gone.
So far I’m unaffected as I’ve removed the videos I was asked to take down (HxH and Naruto can both be found on YouTube on my membership page).
My only concern is, they may decide that any of the series I’m reacting to could be affected down the track. Which sucks as it’s mostly timer reactions. Apparently that doesn’t matter anymore.
So if my channel is suddenly gone, you’ll know why.
It’s a turbulent time.
