Henchiest Bat of 2024: The Music Mistress

The results for this one surprised me. I wasn't too surprised at the weirder forms not doing well like Bane or Grundy, but despite being the most voted on in the original poll the only female villain to break top 5 was Catwoman.
Our front runners wound up mostly being more forgettable villains. Harley took an early lead but it quickly became a race between Music Meister, Lex, and King Tut! It might look close but Music Meister's 3 vote lead is actually the second biggest lead of the 5 polls.
The concept for her pinup was something you might receive as a glossy photo at one of her shows, something you'd be lucky to get her to sign. As Flash wrote this series I also requested his help on the script here so here are his notes:

Fifteen characters and you all voted for the one where I had to write song lyrics again...
I am not musically trained, I have no idea if this is even close to a respectable lyric structure. I basically put on some bar jazz on YouTube and then wrote vaguely matching that tune. The lyrics are a thinly veiled double meaning, though I leave it to the reader to decide how much of these thoughts are hypnosis and how much are an earnest feeling of freedom she feels now being like this.
