A soft sequel to the Genos comic from last year. Same basic idea just with Garou. For page 2 I tried to focus on heroes Garou had specifically beat up (although for two of the panels you can't actually see who it is) If it isn't obvious the joke at the end is that since as a woman she's called Gaga and not Garou, none of her community service counts towards Garou's sentence effectively making this permanent unless someone intervenes.

I had the outfit designed to be a bit sentai like as he claims to have had a crush on a sentai lady from the show where he would root for the monsters.

I will be honest the current state of the manga is something hard to really come to terms with. This story is in fact based on the manga version of events where Garou just gets away with everything (in the webcomic he runs away at the end of the fight, Saitama basically letting him go) I don't want to turn this into an OPM rant but yeah, wish it was different than it currently is.
