Enquiring for potential talent

So I have a pretty massive work load.
And I’ve been considering hiring a freelance professional (or at least VERY GOOD) editor to give my videos a little extra coat and polish. And to be honest, editing can suck and I need some help.
They say the best place to look is in your own backyard.
Anyone here interested in chatting further or can point me in the right direction?
Literally just researching at the moment. Budget and workload is definitely on the agenda.
I’ve had one interested party on Twitter reach out. But it’s better to “shop around”.
