This is a pretty simple comic based on all the talk in comics about heroes being weapons/government property.
This one's pretty straightforward so not a ton else to add. Shaded version to come when the shading artist catches up, give us a bit to actually catch up on the backlog of shading.
This page has a semi-old school style so I think it still looks pretty good unshaded.
