Some very good shows just happen to fly under everyone's radar amongst the usual myriad of seasonal shows(samurai flamenco and Btooom! come to mind), others are but rehashes of the same old formulas and others are just bad. I enjoyed Tokyo revengers because I never skip a good ol' time travel anime, but there are a lot of other shows that have done a better job fleshing out the theme IMO.
