Patreon info (please read!)

Please review this post before contacting me directly! This post has all the information you’ll need to familiarize yourself with my Patreon- if you're looking for an answer to a specific question, you will probably find it here!

Join the discord server! It is not a requirement as I post all completed art here, but I share a lot of works in progress and ask for input in the patron only channels, plus we have a great little community! Here is a link to how to integrate your discord and Patreon accounts to gain access to the patron only channels- please read the rules then do your intro in #role-call including all the information listed in the pinned example format or you will eventually be removed by the moderators.

• Patreon Physical Mail

Tier 3 Patrons receive monthly mail! Physical rewards are sent the following month (ex: if you paid for tier 3 in March, rewards for that month would be shipped April). You MUST list your address in your patron information in order to receive this benefit.

Patreon mail is all sent at the same time via stamp and envelope. There is no tracking on Patreon rewards. Mail can take 1-2 weeks to arrive from shipment for patrons in the US, and two weeks to a month and half for everyone else. Please note that due to certain circumstances, shipping times may be longer than expected. If your mail has not arrived after these time frames, contact me through Patreon messaging. DO NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT SHIPPING ISSUES THROUGH OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA as messages tend to get lost! 

• Online Store Discount

Tier 2 and 3 patrons get 20% off my online store when my shop is active. When available, coupon codes are shared in a text post viewable to tier 2 and 3 patrons. This code can be applied at checkout!

• Billing

Patrons are charged upfront when they first join. Keep in mind I do not personally handle billing, it is all done automatically through Patreon’s service. For any billing issues please contact Patreon directly.

Please familiarize yourself with the rules of my Patreon:

- You MUST be 18 or older

- You may NOT redistribute or share any content intended for patrons only; this includes but is not limited to sharing via social media and private messages/DMs

- You may NOT share patron only discount codes, these are intended ONLY for individuals who are active patrons

- Do not bully or harass other patrons, either in comments or in the Discord

Violation of ANY of these rules will result in an instant ban from Patreon, and further action will be taken if necessary.
