This is one of the Greatest Trilogies Ever. It’s so easy to watch all 3 in a row. My Favorite of the three, has shifted over the years. When I was a kid, it was a toss up between the First and Second, but as an adult, the Third is certainly my favorite now. I love Westerns, Romances and Time Travel. So there you go. Part III was the most heartfelt of the 3. Seeing Doc finally get some layers to his character was the best part. Who would of thought in the beginning, that Doc would be the Heart and Soul of the series. Marty had his “chicken” arc, but Doc learned and changed the most out of the 3 films. From being a calculating hermit obsessed with his inventions for 30+ years to falling in love, starting a family and living life… not dissecting it. Doc went from… “We've already agreed that having information about the future can be extremely dangerous.” To “Your Future is Whatever You Make It.” Noice ;-) — It seems like Nicolette might be a bit of a Romantic… and since She’s been going through some Time Travel films… and since She likes Mary Steenburgen… I have to suggest a film… Time After Time (1979), starring Malcolm McDowell, Mary Steenburgen and David Warner. If you’re possibly interested in Classics, and looking for some Comedy and Romance… Bringing Up Baby (1938) My Favorite Wife (1940) The More the Merrier (1943) A Guy Named Joe (1943) The Long, Long Trailer (1954) Pillow Talk (1959) If you’re possibly interested in more Westerns… Red River (1948) The Searchers (1956) The Big Country (1958) Rio Bravo (1959) Ride the High Country (1962) McLintock (1963) Silverado (1985) Maverick (1994) Open Range (2003) Some Film series to consider… The Thin Man film series (6 films, from 1934 - 1947)… Crime Mysteries, Comedy, Romance The Pink Panther series… The Pink Panther (1963) A Shot in the Dark (1964) The Return of the Pink Panther (1975) The Pink Panther Strikes Again (1976) Revenge of the Pink Panther (1978) For more Time Travel… check out the German series… Dark (3 seasons, 2017 - 2020)… on Netflix. Maybe the best Time Travel show I’ve ever seen.

2024-04-18 13:22:19 +0000 UTCHi there Nicolette. These movies were my childhood and now adulthood lol. I would watch the hell outta them as a kid and still as an adult from time to time. More now on reaction of earlier generations. Just fun to watch people's reactions. I wouldn't be opposed to a prequel to find out how Marty and Doc met and why Marty gets so upset when being called chicken or yellow lol.
