2024-01-28 12:38:26 +0000 UTCyeah, had this thought too! a few examples that kind of bugged me: - the karte drop, translated as “Yamada is… (into???) me” instead of “Yamada likes… (me)” which is Really weird - yamada’s confession, translated as “It’s okay to misunderstand” instead of “It’s okay to get the wrong idea” which in my opinion is better (the “wrong idea” phrase makes more sense throughout the episode than the misunderstanding idea, especially in the convenience store scene) - the book gag, translated as “How Do I Live?” instead of “The Boy and One Month” This translation really didn’t make as much sense to me
