I agree on the "quick to be in love part" but let's not kid ourselves, I am pretty sure it would be the same for shonens or other romance shows with "that character is hot so being touchy with strangers is ok", I really don't think it's just shojo stuff

They are strangers but it seems like they are already in love, feels a bit shallow to me. Also agree on the Itsuomi take, he's too much into the personal space and the headpats felt really weird. I hope it gets addressed later on rather be the typical "he's hot so it's okay" type of thing which is pretty common in these shoujo shows.
