Well, as you see, I’ve been to the bathroom, showered, done my hair and makeup.
I do it for you, readers, I do it for you!
Today, I’m meeting Sasha at the job site to do some… job stuff. I’m pretty sure I’ll need a shower before the afternoon PR session at the baseball game in Chicago!
That’s going to be amazing! I’m meeting Ivy Ingram and Izzy there. Our mission is to pump up the crowd between innings, and do some waving and cheering between batters.
We’ll also be passing out plastic drink cups with the Humanitarian Housing logo and contact info. Sasha says it’s a small thing, but it’s something. She’s scheming to do more, later!
I hope to get back to Kenosha before dark. I’d like to go down to Lake Michigan and look around.

Two On The Job Site
Well, we did more than carry trash out today. But we still got plenty dirty.
When Sasha and I got to the jobsite, there were people from Humanitarian Housing’s PR team there to take pictures. There was also a reporter from the paper.
The woman in charge handed us tool belts. “Some of the volunteers didn’t make it today. If you don’t mind, you can help the tradesmen out. Hand them tools and that sort of thing.”
“That will make a great picture,” the reporter said.
So, before we got dirty, there were a bunch of pictures taken. I had the reporter use my camera so I could have one, too.
It really felt great to be giving something to the community. And the fact that ANYONE could do it make me think…
Maybe Sasha has it right. Maybe if enough people knew there was a need, some of them would have time to pitch in. When good people do the right things, good happens!
Three On The Infield
Well, Izzy and I made it to the baseball game in Chicago with time to spare. Ivy Ingram was already there signing autographs and working up the fans.
It was a great afternoon, though plenty hot. We had lots of cups to give out, and we did!
I had one man say, “I never knew about this. I don’t have time to spare, but I can donate some money to a good cause. Do you think Chicago has this organization.”
“I’m sure they do,” I said. “Or one that’s very similar!”
But as for baseball… I don’t know… there’s something about a ballgame. The sounds… peanuts… popcorn, maybe. Hotdogs definitely.
I’m not sure what is more iconic, to tell you the truth… ballpark hotdogs or peanuts in the shell?

One By The Lake
I got back to Kenosha a few hours before sunset, so I decided to go down to the shore of Lake Michigan and look around.
If you don’t know, Lake Michigan is huge. From the shore, looking out to open water, it looks like an ocean.
It was really nice to take some time to relax and just enjoy some downtime. Of course, as a content creator, I am always looking out for a picture!
After I took this picture, I found a path that went out to a more remote area. I… felt a little mischievous.
As I walked along, I decided it would be okay and fun to take my shirt off.
I know a lot you readers like my pictures and I feel like I need to give you some that are interesting. I like to entertain you, you know.

So, I kept walking until the time was right. I wanted a perfect pictures with… interesting composition and elements. Balance… framing.
All the things that make up a great photo.
I finally found what I was looking for!
Out there on the horizon is a Lake Michigan cargo ship! Look!

I want to tell everyone that I do enjoy entertaining you. I hope I can give your eyes something to enjoy, but I also hope you enjoy all the words I put down on the pages, too!

One On The Bed
What a great day! Today was a lot of fun, and I think maybe some good came out of it too. Plus, we saw that Great Lakes freighter shop on Patreon!
Tomorrow, Izzy and I head north to Rancine, to North Beach. She has a quick photo session there for a swimwear company. I’m just tagging along.
After that, I’m going to see what a cheese factory looks like!
And, as always, I’m not sure what else will happen tomorrow… But it is a great honor to have all you good readers hanging out with me to find out!
