Sean, I’ve been listening to your podcast for the last year and love it! But I joined the Patreon after listening to your interview with Nathan Apffel because it was so bad. He has a very skewed vision and experience with the church. He was talking about “400,000 vaticans” lumping all churches into the mega-church category. The way he talked about his opinions painted the whole organized church as a rotten mess. I’m a pastor myself and the kinds of things he’s upset about don’t happen in my church or most churches. He was describing the few megachurches but gave all churches a bad name.
