Nikola Tesla and Charles F Kettering. If everyone taught their Daughters how much of an impact for the Freedom of Women. The invention of the electric Starter for cars allowed women to move throughout society and Vote is more important than a lot of what people think.

Joseph Barnes

The questions is subjective, So this is definitely an acceptable answer!

Tesla would be very interesting, it seems like he would probably change our entire perspective on a good portion of modern history.

Wyatt Moser

Either Tesla, but i wouldn t be the right person with technical knwolegde to talk to him, or Napoleon

George Patton

My grandfather, who fought in WWII, but passed before I was old enough to have real conversations with him. Probably not the historic figure you’re looking for.

Agree, and Larson's "The Splendid and the Vile" is a great book. I have Andrew Robert's biography of Churchill but have not quite got around to it yet.

Jesus… just say thanks I love you!

Jesus Christ - I couldn’t even imagine what I’d ask because I think I’d be speechless.

Cross between John Adams and George Washington. Adams was a cantankerous founding father whose honesty and humanity sadly left him out of history. Washington searched and strived for something bigger in life. He was truly protected in battle by god. Even through all his inconsistencies he persevered his discipline and dignity till the end.

Churchill is an amazing character. If you only have 1 book to read on Churchill and WWII make it “The Splendid and the Vile”. The government gave out weekly diaries to citizens, an ingenious way to get feedback from his constituents. The book weaves these diary entries with the day to day life of Churchill and his Cabinet.

Loved these episodes, thank you!! So cool to hear you’ve followed Dave’s principles with SRS…that’s no small feat, well done Shawn. Would you consider having Austin von Letkemann, also known as Mandatory Funday on YT, on the show? He’s hilarious, family guy & really helping military members and families. He’s Army & AD.
