Okay, greeting cards...here's what you do: leave the card and envelope blank but slip a small piece of paper with a personalized note into the card. That way, they still get a personal message from you but they also have a blank card they can use for someone else. It's thoughtful and practical, and removes the guilt of "What the hell do I do with this card now?". :-)

The idea of a big boss who does that insane jump bad guys do and gets hurt over and over again really cracked me up. We’re talking pause the pod crying laugh. Falling down will never stop being funny to me. Thanks for all the laughs big and small.

So I've been discouraged from the discouragement. But it's the perfect term please keep it! (Just don't hit yourselves in the face with the pennies lol)

There is a debrief tool in the RPG community called Rose & Thorn that is really similar to your guys Dog Treat and PCFOC (amazing names btw). The only rule is that when you give a Thorn (PCFOC), you can only give it to yourself or to the GM I think. I mixes in a bit of safety tool for players

As much as I enjoyed the creative combat encounters this arc, I'm looking forward to more RP and character-heavy stuff in future arcs. The coolest stuff in D&D usually happens in battles, but my favourite bits are always found in between, when the PCs bounce off each other, and off the NPCs.
