I don't really know where in the timeline this fits (not that it matters) but probably somewhere after Buu (3 wishes) but before Super. I know Satan had mostly accepted Gohan at that point but... I mean I need things to work with for tg.
I didn't really think up the wishes when I ordered this and just had the idea right as I was cleaning it up to make it three wishes that can be solved in a single way. I think its neat.
Otherwise pretty basic, sorry for being late again.
