Tijuana Red Light District
Added 2022-02-16 23:01:00 +0000 UTCA very short snippet of the red light district in TJ. Most all of these women are being trafficked one way or another. There is more on this but we need to blur a lot of faces before releasing. I would like to do more on this subject sometime in the future.

I was a. young 18 yr old with zero real world knowledge walking drunk around the red-light district of TJ with my marine brothers and I can say...it was actually quite surreal and scary. The college kids were partying on the main big party club strip but of course we had to venture off. Found a place called the Red Dragon or something like that (had an Asian themed name) & BEFORE midnight it was a semi classy place with tables, drinks, food, ect. AFTER midnight, they removed 60% of the tables to open a space for dancing & clubbing. To say things got weird and very dangerous would be an understatement. This was back in 98. Not sure who "ruled" TJ at that time but the influence was VERY evident. Deals were being brokered around me. Just really...scary shit for a 18 yr old to be in the middle of lol. Gotta say, the street tacos the locals (not tourists) ate were pretty damn good! Just 50 cents! Lol
