Pistol Fundamentals: Locking The Wrists
Added 2020-07-01 03:18:29 +0000 UTCHello Tier II and III,
This is the next step in the Pistol Fundamentals series. Locking your wrists is important when considering faster followup shots and maintaining a consistent sight picture throughout rapid fire strings.
This should help with shooting faster and maintaining accuracy.
Let me know if you have any questions in the comments below.
*Make sure that your firearm is unloaded if you are practicing at home and adhere to all firearm safety rules.

Shawn thanks, I was wondering what was wrong with my accuracy and now I know the Range Officer/trainer needs join the Shawn ryan patreon. I’ve learned more from you than 2 hours with him.

2020-11-24 01:06:16 +0000 UTCNice! Yeah ammo is not fun to procure these days. Fortunately, dry fire practice can help keep your skills sharp.

2020-10-06 23:29:27 +0000 UTCI think the biggest impact of the slow mo is watching the energy run through your arms and into your back rather than tossing the gun up. I spent the evening working dry fire on this and I think I feel it. I'll need to get to the range to really see. Unfortunately, I shot the last of my 9mm today..... o well, dry fire is still good!

2020-07-10 05:44:18 +0000 UTCNoticed a tell when wrists were not locked. shell casings are all over the place. one even bounced off the left arm. Great slow mo!
