This drill is helpful for training your brain to match your holdovers at different distances. You want to know your point of impact at different distances and be able to adapt at will. This drill will help it become automatic and you won't have to think about it when shooting.

Shit. This video has been more helpful than the years I've spent training with my estranged husband. I really appreciate the lessons and tips. Thank you!

2021-01-13 12:48:25 +0000 UTCI've been using your 36-yard zero for a long time ever since I saw it on YouTube I've been curious what is the yardage to get the same effect with other calibers like 308 or 762 by 39?

2020-12-08 05:09:23 +0000 UTCDumb question: what do you zero your backup iron sights to, 36 yards as well?
Devin Medeiros
2020-12-07 04:50:19 +0000 UTC36 yard zero and hold slightly higher up close. I'm a fan of that circle dot because the bottom of the circle is the up close POI.

2020-04-15 11:45:10 +0000 UTCI have a Sig Romeo MSR. Its just a red dot, no circle or dashes. Any tips on how to navigate a holdover with no other point of reference than just the dot? Great drill!
