Rangiku WIP Update/ Special Announcement

Firstly, there will be a poll incoming for the gold member dialogue/scenario as usual. However, in light of my recent interest in opening commissions, I've thought of a fun way to come up with a way to feel out how such projects will go.
And that idea is to do a raffle for a FREE SKETCH COMMISSION to a random paid member of the Patreon!!!!
I figured it would be a great way to give back to the community, as well as a chill way to set the benchmark on exactly what to expect out of a commission from me!
