"I was thinking either Hero or Erik from Dragon Quest 11, specifically something pertaining to the Luminary's lightning powers pumping up their pecs?"
So here's Hero, finding a new artifact that powers up his attacks...and powers up even more any allies that are hit by his attacks! His first subject to try it on was Erik, who was caught off guard by the sudden ray of thunder...which didn't hurt at all! If anything, it almost tickled! But was more surprised at seeing his body, which was bulking up inmensely from the impact! Now he'll definetly do good at being the tank of the team, and main muscle of course!
