April 2022 Sketches 16 - Gladion (Pokemon Sun/Moon)

Here's a picture featuring Gladion from Pokemon Sun/Moon. The idea was suggested by Lasciua Diaboli.

"A trainer sona or chosen trainer character spending time with one of your favorite Poke-husbandos from the games for their birthday or a special event."

Gladion, always looking to get stronger to protect the people he cares about, was looking into entering a weight lifting contest at the Akala Beach...but he looked at his scrawny arms, he was a little discouraged. But just a small push from his friend, Daku (Trainer OC), was enough to put him back on track.

Daku, helping out with Gladion's new diet, asked some help from the scientists of the Aether Foundation. SInce it was about helping Lusamine's son, they were more than okay to assist. And so, he got a vial of fluid that contained  DNA of Buzzwole, Guzzlord, Machamp and Conkeldurr...and used it on every meal that was served to Gladion. SO thanks to that, and Gladion's training that he was going through thanks to his and Daku's pokemon...his growth increased exponentially with each day that passed!

The day of the contest finally arrived, a bunch of beefy bodybuilders showing up, already lifting big weights to show off...then they were interrupted by a series of tremors...becoming stronger the more time passed. They didn't know where they came from, until something covered the sun of the beach, all of the people looked up, and were met by a couple of big, skin colored mounds, Gladion's determined, intense face being between those cushions. All the bodybuilders becoming discouraged and intimidated the moment they saw him...

He stomped his way in front of the judges, their mouths dropped open at seeing the massive, young trainer, as his pecs bounced with each step he took. He smirked, and lifted his arms, as if he was about to lift something. And that's when Daku appeared from behind him.

As if it was a signal, Daku took out a bunch of pokeballs, and trew them into the air...and a bunch of big, heavy pokemon appeared in the air!

Guzzlord, Celesteela, Melmetal, Alolan Exeggutor, Stakataka, Palossand landed on him, Gladion EASILY keeping them on his back, his muscles bulging bigger the moment they landed on him. He also had some straps on his arms, everyone wondering what they were for...until four more pokeball flew into the air. Two Cosmoems and two Dhelmise appeared, and attached into the straps, adding MASSIVE weight to Gladion's efforts...but he still handled it like a champ, his muscles bulging even MORE massive! The ground beneath Gladion being pushed down, a strong impact being formed underneath his big, strong feet.

The winner was pretty much decided right there...but he still wanted more of a challenge, so he asked everyone to bring him more weight so he could excercise to pass the time! Since there's no thing as "strong enough" for him. Meanwhile, Daku somehow got on top of the Stakataka on top of Gladion, admiring Gladion's big, strong, glistening muscles from up there~
