Seems like throughout the years, they became best bros, and decided to give some very special gifts to each other. Harvey gave the "cursed" perfume to Jake, who seemingly doesnt lose any control over himself by using it. Ron gave Harvey the Molecular Muscle Enhancer Ring to Harvey, which what it does is pretty self explanatory. And Jake gave Ron his video game console that helped him enhance his body.
With each of their gifts received, now they can grow as much as they want, having fun trying to outgrow each other~
