(barely know anything about the show so please bear with me. haha)
Once every 1000 years, the Bloody Moon would shine upon Halloween nights. During this night, vampires would thirst the taste of blood even more than usual. Ira, being a vampire, wasn't excluded. But that wasn't all the effects that the Bloody Moon had on vampires...it also made them expand in size! To not become too overgrown, most vampires decide to control themselves and just have a couple victims, and leave themselves in isolation to not lose control.
...But Ira was too unaware of this, instead, he just went ahead and get a cheap vampire cape, and use it as an excuse to go Trick or Treating even when he was a grown man. But instead of asking for just candy, he also asked for blood. Even if he asked first, he could be a little pushy about it with how thirsty he was.
Each house he visited made him grow bigger, his clothes raising and tightening thanks to Ira's growing Mass, his clothes leaving nothing to the imagination with how skin tight the clothes were becoming on his skin tight clothes.
The night was just begining, and there were still several houses to visit in the neighbourhood...and who knows, he may become big enough to travel to other towns and cities by just taking a few steps!
