He's the leader of a mafia group...but a nice mafia group. haha
They make sure to defend their hometown from dangerous thugs and delinquents, or even convince them to join in his mafia if they wanted to change their ways.
But in order to keep defending the town, he does ask for a monthly fee from each person from the town, but he makes sure to measure the economic state of each individual to calculate the fee, so it's affordable for each person.
But in special cases, like Halloween, he's fine with just receiving food or candy for payment instead.
So here he is at a graveyard, enjoying his "payment" with his two loyal Murkrow followers.
