Doom just really loves really hot places to absorb the heat and let himself grow as much as he likes, to the point he claimed a volcanic island close to the Resort as his "kingdom"...kind of in a jokey way though, as the good tease he is. haha
So whenever he decides to go to his island, he decides to bring some volunteers (or some favorites "not-so-volunteers") to spend time with him, and well, serve him, knowing very well that they also enjoy worshipping him.
So here's him, in his Mega-Houndoom form, sitting on a throne he himself made, receiving some nice foot massages from fire-type pokemon...by shooting flames at his feet. And since he absorbs fire and heat, he's slowly yet steadily growing from the flames they're shooting at him. With his growing, massive body, seems like he'll have to make a new, bigger throne sometime soon...
