2024-12-23 21:32:35 +0000 UTCmiley is 4 years older than her so let’s see where zendaya is in 4 years. zendaya isn’t really a movie star yet tbh…she hasn’t really even been a lead for her own movie point blank, let alone one that’s been successful both in critical acclaim and box office numbers, closest is challengers but that has had no impact on the general public no shade. then there’s the fact that one is a movie star in the making and the other is a pop star, so those categories are real different and harder to compare. but zendaya don’t even got an oscar yet, she got her rue emmy’s which is fully deserved but she hasn’t taken enough roles in the past decade to warrant being the most successful person out of disney imho, so yeah it might be the gen z in you. miley had world tours when she was a teen, she’s had multiple number ones, she’s been apart of the public conscious for so long. if i was nasty i’d say flower was more successful than zendaya’s whole acting career…

Miley is literally the face of Gucci right now, has Grammys, is on a song with Beyoncé, has sold millions* of records, and still acts til this day (i.e. Black Mirror, Guardians of the Galaxy), all while being the biggest Disney darling at her time. Zendaya is hella successful, but it's not giving legend (at least not yet), whereas Miley holds that title.
