I can agree that a lot of misinformation is spread on the app, but social media is what you make of it. Your algorithm is based on what YOU want to see. I just don’t get the comments acting like TikTok is some mark of the beast while they sit on platforms like YouTube and X, the OGs of modern day conspiracy and red pill content

The app was still on everyone's phone, but nothing loaded on it. It was like the servers got shut down. There were rumors that some people could still access it through a few internet companies or using a VPN, but you could be charged for a very high fee if you dit it and maybe even face other legal repercussions.

She went on and on saying the j.cole song “she’s knows” is really about Beyonce (she-knowles). She presented it as fact and i looked at her like she was crazy. I could tell she was embarrassed by my reaction but i still bring it up at work in front of her till this day whenever i need a good laugh.
