2023-04-03 17:50:35 +0000 UTCI’m a little late to comment but I think that many people react to surgery in the same way they react to other injustices within society — obviously people who invest in vanity have an inherent understanding of desirability politics and to participate in becoming attractive is to just follow the system. It’s just the truth that the closer you are to standards of whiteness you’re treated better!! But instead of bucking against these standards people HATE hard on the people who are trying to game the system. They ARE stuck at the ugly party!!!
