So of them all I would have to say S1 is my favorite. For one they only voted once and two we got to see how destitute their lives were. It's a show that makes you think. What does the old man with brain tumor have to lose? We also had Sang (RIP) and I was so thankful to see her brother reunited with her mother at last in the series finale. In-ho was a very morally complex character. It's not often we get real sympathy for the devil but we do in his case. He seemed resigned to his fate and his war with Gi-hun about the good in people was a real driving narrative in S2 and S3. But in the end while Gi-hun didn't stop the games and ended up dead. In-ho couldn't help but feel an immense amount of respect toward Gi-hun. Calling the remaining competitors trash and offering Gi-hun a way out like the Old Man did for him all those years ago. Probably won't watch it again (not really a rewatch binge kind of show). But it was terrific for one good watch.

2025-07-01 10:26:08 +0000 UTCThis seems a bit strange. I get the impression that you are reading subtitles the entire show as if your audio isn't in English. Does your version not have English audio? I mean doesn't your Netflix have the option to set the audio language to 25 or so different languages? Also you ended episode 4 when there was almost 2 1/2 minutes still remaining on my version. It remained in sync the entire episode so it is the same version I think except yours ended quite a bit before my American version did. You missed quite a bit of that final conversation when he is making the offer. I am puzzled.
