Literally, putting a Bullseye symbol on the little league hat of child Dex is a dead giveaway. Also, with how he almost never misses his target with the exception of Dareddevil in another giveaway. Dex/Bullseye is Colin Farrell’s character from Ben Affleck’s Daredevil. The Dex from the Daredevil TV Show is a truer adaptation of that character from the comic.
