Yeah, Randal was a bully in this movie to Elias IMHO which I know, it’s just a comedy and Elias is a little strange. However, I would never condone picking on someone. Kevin Smith has never shied away from pushing the envelope, though, especially in regards to the donkey scene and racist bit. Part of me kind of wishes this film was more like the first “Clerks”: black and white, minimalist frames, less-is-more.

I actually can't believe he got away with it when this film came out. Randall was also a d bag this entire film. He's my least favorite character in the Askewniverse.
