Pausing Patreon For October Payment

I'll be pausing the Patreon so no payments will be taken. I haven't uploaded much at all this month, and even if I managed to make up some of it before the end of October I think it's only fair not to take anything from you guys, and to make sure that next month is plenty active and worth your pledges.

Thank you so much for sticking with me during my slow weeks, I hope to make it up to you soon.

Update Time

Hey all, wanted to just update you all. Work has been taking up more time than I expected, even when I'm not working. I'm wearing a wrist brace right now, as during training some weeks ago, as I was hefting heavy crates onto runners above my head into the delivery van, I think I hurt both wrists. Heya all, just wanted to letcha know I've been working more than my planned hours at Iceland Foods (For those not in Discord, I announced a month ago I started work as a delivery driver). One of the other drivers is leaving and in the mean time I've been picking up a few extra days. The money is sorely needed atm, but it has left me with little time to do artwork.

Heya all, I'm back from my holiday. I had a great time, as much as possible with my dad who, not his fault, is constantly needing help or something because his overall function capabilities are slowly getting worse from his stroke in 2021, (that's putting it very simply, seriously, my mum and I need another holiday without him lol). He had a lot of brain damage that is catching up. Sad, but nothing we can do.

But I love it so much down south, I was sorry to leave.

Non-TF, Bat Illustration

I don't have anything new to show atm, but this Saturday gone I tabled at another craft fair. It was quiet, so I managed to pretty much do al this on the ipad (save for the bat's lines, I had drawn him out ages ago).

I know it's not roboty, but I thought I'd show you something lol. 

I had fun experimenting with Procreate's brushes. I think I might make him into something for my Etsy... when I'm able to purchase printed stuff again >.>

New TFA Halloween Idea?

My brain was on a proper art role last night so it conjured this idea, with thoughts of doing the others + Lockdown, too. I know I post way too much TFA stuff and not enough of the other continuities, but bear with me XD

Handmade Halloween Zipper Pouches

Chalkboard Stickers

I bought this pack of chalkboard stickers from a craft shop last year and created a couple of designs for them on the Cricut. They're decent, but they're not sticky enough to go on curved surfaces (I wanted them for jar labels, doh). But they stick down flat nice enough.

I tested a liquid chalk pen on them with a damp bit of kitchen roll/paper towel and it came off alright. Also, you can cut them down if they're too big.

Older TFA Chase Scene Unfinished Animatic

Back on May the 7th 2021 I posted a WIP of this chase scene I'd started, but I never finished it. I did a lot of sketches, a lot of work but it remains in limbo. I wanted to show where I left it, just before I started that storyboard course last July.

The Comic Page Idea Post

On Discord I mentioned it would be a good idea to have a place where you guys can put some short comic suggestions or ideas for me to draw. The idea being that I can practise some traditional sequential art, get some more experience and portfolio pieces done, and you might get to see your fav character or idea drawn.

Jazz and Prowl Watercolour Gifts

I snuck these into a parcel heading to Plant/Zombieprowl, they arrived today so I can show 'em. I painted them with my new Schmincke watercolor set (I added that second row from my owned stash, t'is a nice, full palette now) on cotton rag, which is a very nice textured 'paper'. 

Hope they were a nice surprise : )

TFA Fight For The Remote Storyboard

Finished the clean up, although it's still rough.

Aside from a couple of additional frames and the edits following the teacher's feedback, I didn't deviate much from the rough/1st pass, even though I was tempted. I decided to leave it pretty much as is so I can look at it and see with better future perception what I could do better for the story/flow.
