Kim has had it out for Howard for a while now. Every time she confronts him it's to defend Jimmy so we don't see it, but it's been personal for her. So you're one of us now! We share the wait. Legend as always, Morgan.

2021-04-20 09:15:45 +0000 UTCDude, of all the BCS reactors, you are definitely my favorite one. You caught on to things really well, and you didn't come into it with bad expectations. You saw it for what it was, and reacted honestly. I greatly enjoyed it, and can't wait to relive season 6 with you one day :) cheers!

2021-04-13 00:37:37 +0000 UTCPerhaps they kill Lalo, Mike again tells Jimmy about it but this time he doesn't fully buy it and that's why a few years later he asks bout him during the scene with Walt & Jesse. In any case, now we have a Lalo on rage mode while every one thinks he's dead. The setup for the last season is just perfect. When this show started, I thought that after Chuck's betrayal, Kim leaving would be the last trigger to him becoming Saul Goodman. But now he's Saul, she's become full Slippin Kimmy, and I just love it.

2021-04-12 22:15:40 +0000 UTCSome details that I love from this episode: In the first episode of the season when Jimmy tells Kim about his 50% of plan to her he says "Thats why this works. I go to far, and then you pull me back." Now look where we are. We even have a reversal of the ending of season 4, now Kim points at Jimmy and walks away and we watch Jimmy's reaction while the camera slowly pulls back. Kim says to Jimmy "You crossed a line. You're not going to do it again" That's exactly what Jimmy says to Nacho in the second episode of the series when Nacho tells him his plan to go after the Kettlemans. Jimmy pauses for a moment after Kim says it, he recognizes that he's said that exact same thing before and it's more confirmation to him that he needs to leave Kim for her own safety. When Kim is looking at the PD overflow room the camera follows her behind in the same way when Kim is looking at all of the models for the Mesa Verde expansion in season 4. I think the same music even plays. She's realizing again what a massive project this is, but unlike with Mesa Verde's expansion there isn't unlimited resources to help with it. It's a huge injustice and I think that goes a long way in helping her calculate that hurting Howard is worth it if it means that all of these people can get the help that they need now. I really love the moment when Lalo almost closes the entrance to his escape tunnel. You see him pause and realize that if he leaves it open he can lure some of them into the tunnel and finish them off easier. Also love the way that Lalo's footsteps on the gravel get distorted until they sound like a thunderstorm. One of my favorite touches of the entire series. I'm really interested in how they plan on exploring Howard's character in the final season. One detail that hasn't been touched on at all is that Howard has worn a wedding ring throughout the whole series. He never mentions her, and when we see him at his home this season it seems that he lives alone. So what happened to her?

2021-04-12 17:30:05 +0000 UTCAnyone else scared of Kim after this episode? Gah damn. She was teetering on that line between morality and being unlawful through out 4 and half seasons but now she looks likes shes embracing this whole persona. She even does the finger guns to Jimmy much like he does to her at the end of season 4. . Standing up to Lalo must've emboldened her and now shes just going all out

2021-04-12 12:37:00 +0000 UTCI’m so glad they have a purpose for Howard next season. Ever since Chuck died, he’s been floundering with nothing to do with the plot.

2021-04-12 05:13:19 +0000 UTCI would be shocked if it wasn't early 2022. Thomas Schnauz was on the latest episode and talked about how it basically takes them one extra day to shoot an episode given the restrictions. I know the shoot is suppose to go until Oct/Nov, so as long as nothing stops production they'll begin the editing in Nov. So at the latest they should be completely finished with everything by Feb/March. I think April will likely be when we start seeing them.

2021-04-12 04:06:24 +0000 UTCPeople think Kim is either dead or in jail during Breaking Bad, but I think it's also just as possible she could have been "disappeared". I just hope we get our happy ending with Jimmy and Kim reunited at the Cinnabon. If Peter Gould and Vince Gilligan think they're worthy of a happy ending, that is.

2021-04-12 03:36:30 +0000 UTCIn Breaking Bad, Saul thinks that Walt and Jesse were sent by Lalo. So he believes Lalo is alive. Gus told Hector that all the Salamancas are dead. So he thinks Lalo is dead. Right now, both Saul and Gus think Lalo is dead. So either Saul learns the truth and Gus doesn't, or they both learn the truth and Gus kills Lalo for real this time, without Saul knowing. I'm thinking it's the later. I don't see Lalo quietly sitting on the sidelines throughout all of Breaking Bad.

2021-04-12 03:34:27 +0000 UTCI'm hoping it's released early 2022 and not late 2022. I'm glad they're filming at least. I admit was a little worried about Jonathan Banks after Covid.

2021-04-12 00:44:22 +0000 UTCIt's gonna be a long year! They have started filming, and so far the covid restrictions haven't slowed the shooting down too much. Also because of the long delay this is the first season of either show where they have every episode outlined before shooting started, so I can't imagine how great the writings going to be for this final season. And even though there's a year to go there is a YouTube channel that does a live show on Fridays called Inside The Gilliverse where they interview the cast and writers and you ask questions. It's pretty informative and it's at least making the long wait a little more bearable. I'll link to some of the bigger interviews in the replies, but all of them are good.

2021-04-12 00:44:01 +0000 UTCI always looked at Kim taking on all the extra cases as her attempt to "balance the scales" for all the terrible things she's doing with Jimmy, kind of how Mike suggested that Gus was doing the same thing by providing for those people in Mexico. I also believe that the "something unforgivable" is not just a reference to Kim and Jimmy coming up with schemes to ruin Howard, but the murder of Lalo's people, which he sees as an unforgivable act which will have serious consequences for not only Gus & Mike, but Jimmy & Kim as well. I love How Lalo upstaging Gus is very similar to how Gus upstaged Hector in S3E4. I also view Nacho's plan to take new territory by pitting gangs against each other as his own plan for dealing with the drug cartels & Gus and getting himself "out". Just some things I noticed in this finale.

2021-04-12 00:21:09 +0000 UTCSlippin Kimmy Goodman!! I was always terrified she was going to die. Now I'm scared shes gonna go to prison! And the ending has to be the reason Saul says "It wasnt me!! It was Ignacio!!" In BB!! And RUN Nacho and his dad!!!!! Also Howard fucked up by not taking Kim's advice when she told him "Stay away!". But I'm still worried for him haha I jumped up and yelled "NO!!!" when this episode ended watching it live knowing how long it was gonna be for season 6!!! Thanks for the great reactions! And excited to watch season 6 with you!!!
