I love Finn in season 4 (in general, but season 4 is top tier Finn for sure) and I love Finchel despite everything. I hate how bittersweet these scenes are, I would have loved to have seen what the show would have done with them (they obviously would have ended up together). I can't remember exactly which ep is Cory's last one, but it's not this episode, he definitely has a few more left. He didn't pass away until the break between season 4 and 5, but he is absent for a few episodes at the end of season 4 due to being in rehab.

I mean it's not like I'm a Finchel stan, let alone a Lea or Cory fan, but common just knowing they were together and then he was gone, the lyrics kinda breaks my heart. This song happened, Lea has that forever, life can be cruel sometimes.

And I'm sorry but the way that everyone just immediately forgets about Will and the wedding and just starts hooking up left and right will never not be funny to me ahdjdks. Having Quinn just say that it was a one time thing was disappointing though,,, I know we're meant to take Kurt's side here but I mean like. Tina has a point. The show tries to play it off as a joke and her being desperate due to her crush and the vapo-rub incident (I hate that other name) but I think that having a fling with someone who you know has deeper feelings for you and wants more than that is a pretty jerk move. I feel like for all of the main couples (Finchel, Klaine, Brittana) they didn't do a great job of letting them properly separate after the break ups before trying to jam them back together (romantically or just with plots) again. It just feels like despite any new relationships, they're trying to keep them in those boxes and not allowing a ton of growth/development. Idk, regardless of my like/dislike for the 3 ships, I just wish that all of them had been given a bit more space. If that makes sense, ugh. Also major props to Emma for that song, like holy shit. I think that her actress said she was like, hyperventilating and stuff when she recorded that 💀
