Thats dropbox's doing im afraid, for some reason the video gets capped at an hour and the way to view the full video is by either downloading the video or by watching on the Dropbox app I believe!

2021-01-25 07:50:49 +0000 UTCYh I wouldn't call Bunny Colvin legalising drugs in Hamsterdam corruption, illegal yes but they are trying something different to help their part of the city and reduce serious crime. The other police forces having been faking stats and pulling together a lot of resources but not actually reducing them whilst taking time off from doing other police work as well.
