The control room was once again bathed in the familiar glow of pink-orange sparkles and mild electronic regret.

SecPrinny was hunched over his phone, tongue poking out the side of his beak in deep focus. His stubby flippers moved with precision as he rolled, dragged, slotted, and fused his ever-growing library of Class Boosts and Evility Hearts into every outfit he had access to.

“Aw yeah, dood. ‘Mimic Mime Butt-Bouncer’? Don’t mind if I do~”
ka-ching!
“‘Double-Jumping Cheer Goth’? Rare synergy, dood!”
ka-ching!
“‘Holy Avenger Big Sis Complex’? That’s going straight on Flonne's swimsuit skin.”
ka-ching! ka-ching!

He paused. Something wasn’t right.

"...Wait."

His flipper hovered over his gem counter. It had once stood proud at 10,000. That number had felt untouchable. Legendary. Infinite, even.

Now?

3,987 gems remaining.

“…No. No-no-no-no, dood. This can't be right. I barely touched them!”
(He had, in fact, not barely touched them.)

A drop of sweat rolled down his beak.

“I haven’t even used another reality update since Etna…!”

He collapsed against his console. Sardine wrappers fluttered to the floor in slow motion.

“Then… ping! A new roll finished. A bright pink sparkle danced across the screen, something he hadn’t pulled before.”

He instantly perked up.

[Evility Heart Unlocked! — “Spoil Him Rotten – Sugar Momma”]
“They exist only to fund your lifestyle. Their joy is your joy. Use responsibly!”

SecPrinny stared at the screen in stunned silence.

“…Oh.”

His eye twitched.

“…Oh.”

The wheels turned. Slowly, grimy, greasily. But turning nonetheless.

“Wait… if I can’t get more gems…” He pondered evility. “...What if I make someone give them to me?”

He began scrolling through his costume roster like a man possessed.

“No… no… not Etna again, dood, she already turned into a walking pasture…”
“Flonne? Nah, no way she has money…”
“Laharl? Pffft—absolutely not.”
Then he stopped.

Seraphina.

Hottest seductress of all the netherworld. Sniper specialist. Richer than the Item World is deep. Always flaunting her wealth like it was a stat buff. She oozed money.

“Ohhh yesss. She is perfect, dood.”

He slammed the skin select menu. Found her Snake Year alt, already just a few coils and jewels away from lamia life.

Two new slots blinked beneath the costume like temptation itself.

He dragged in:

Class Boost: “Lamia of Lavish Love”

Evility Heart: “Spoil Him Rotten – Sugar Momma”

His phone purred with approval. Nagisa popped up on-screen, leaning her cheek against her snake-shaped scepter.

“Ooooh~ this one’s going to be spicy, Mr. Prinny~ Are you committing to this Reality Update?”

SecPrinny didn’t answer. He was already tapping into the security system’s speaker network with devious glee.

[BROADCAST: URGENT SECURITY BREACH]
“Lady Seraphina, please report to Surveillance Control immediately. Suspicious Financial Activity detected.”

He tapped send. Then leaned back, claws tapping together like a Saturday morning cartoon villain.

“Come on, dood... Let’s see just how generous a lamia sugar momma can get~”

The door to the surveillance room hissed open with regal disdain.

“This better be super important, or else I’ll blast you into next Tuesday,” Seraphina said flatly, her heels clacking like loaded pistols across the tile floor. She strutted in with her parasol over one shoulder, hair perfectly curled, jewels glittering in the dim glow of the monitors.

SecPrinny spun in his chair to face her. Behind his innocent beady eyes… was the gaze of a man with a plan.

“Thanks for coming, dood. There’s just… something really serious I need to ask you.”

She raised an eyebrow, shifting her weight like a fashionably bored predator.

“I knew this place was understaffed. What is it?”

SecPrinny lifted his phone. His flipper hovered over the Update Reality button.

Click.

A low chime rang out.

Reality hiccupped.

The air shimmered for a split second. Seraphina blinked, confused.

Then SecPrinny looked her dead in the eye and asked, completely earnestly:

“I need more money for my gacha game. Could you please give me more funds for my selfish endeavor?”

Silence.

Seraphina blinked once.
Twice.

“…Excuse me?”

She reached for her pistol.

“Did you just summon me away from my gold-scented bubble bath to beg for pocket change like some kind of gambling goblin?!”

She took a threatening step forward…
…but faltered.

Her high heels wobbled. Her legs tingled. The floor beneath her clicked as one shoe slipped off, revealing not a foot… but the start of something scaled, pink and shiny.

She looked down.

“…What the hell?”

The seams of her stockings ripped open as shimmering scales crawled up her calves. Her thighs began to merge, her stance narrowing into a single, coiling limb.

Her parasol dropped with a clatter.

“What is happening to my…” she shrieked.

“We are getting off topic,” SecPrinny cut her off. “I’ll ask again, just to be sure.”

He leaned forward, beak shining with smug desperation.

“I need more money for my gacha game. Could you please give me more funds for my selfish endeavor?”

Seraphina’s tail twitched. Tail, because her legs were rapidly fusing together now, her knees long gone beneath the slithering mass that was forming. Her outfit shimmered, ruffles curling, heels absorbed into pink-gold scale.

Her hands trembled. Her fingers sparkled. Even her voice cracked a little.

“N-No! Don’t be ridiculous! I can’t just… Just because you…!”

But her hands were already tinged with scale, nails curling into decadent points. Her sleeves shifted, adorned with ribbons, gold loops, and—was that snake embroidery?

She clenched her fists, trying to stand tall and keep control.

But a smile tugged at her lips.

Just a little one.

“I mean… a little bit wouldn’t hurt… probably…”

SecPrinny leaned back in his chair, letting out a dramatic, performative sigh. He tapped at his phone with slow, defeated energy.

“That’s fine, dood. I get it.” He said, turning slightly away. “I’ll just grind endlessly through this game I’ve poured five years of my life into... with no money... and barely any gems left…”

He sniffled, beak quivering. “Because I’m sooo poor, dood. Boo hoo.”

A soft thud echoed as Seraphina clenched her jaw hard enough to make her tiara tremble.

Her hands shook, more claw than fingers now, the gold-tipped scales creeping higher with every passing second. The urge to snap was written all over her face… but not the kind of snapping she usually did with her fingers or her pistol.

She was holding herself back. And SecPrinny could tell. It took everything in her not to just shout out the access code to her private royal vault and dump a million HL into his inventory.

Her serpentine tail shifted restlessly behind her, winding slowly across the floor like it was impatient for her mouth to catch up.

Her top now shimmered with iridescent snake-scale embroidery, while golden chains and gem-studded bangles materialized from thin air and looped around her waist. She looked like a goddess of indulgence, mid-evolution.

“I mean...” she finally muttered, eyes twitching, “...how much would you even need, exactly?”
Her tone wobbled. “Maybe I could… give you a little raise…?”

SecPrinny raised a flipper slowly. Stared her dead in the eye.

“A little? Lady Seraphina, I am a hard-working, underpaid, security-cleared, loot-box-scrolling Prinny. I deserve a supporter who truly values my gacha grind, dood.”

“ZUKYUUUUNNN!!!” Seraphina gasped.

It wasn’t a gasp of offense. It was a gasp of release.

With a shimmer of gold, her transformation completed.

Her arms popped free of their sleeves, now fully replaced by two long, elegant snake-heads, adorned with tiny tiaras of their own, eyes glittering with the same hunger she now had in her smile.

Her tail stretched and pulsed behind her, coils sliding across the surveillance floor like velvet thunder. Her parasol had reformed into a fan made of solid HL bills, and her pupils had turned into little shimmering heart-shaped symbols.

She blinked, then beamed.

“Aaaah~ Anything for you, darling~ <3” she cooed, her voice like silk dipped in diamonds. “How much do you need? A million? Ten? I’ll give you everything your heart desires~!” She leaned down, dangerously close, her golden fan fluttering beside her face. “If it makes you happy… I’ll buy the Netherworld itself for you, ohohohoho~!”

Her voice echoed through the room, carried on a burst of overly romantic wind. The sparkle filter kicked in without warning.

SecPrinny stared, completely still for a moment. Then whispered, with reverence: “And thus… my financial problems were solved, dood.”

Seraphina always was such a snake for money anyway…
