Here is my reaction to episode 1 of Anne with an E Season 2, enjoy!

Great reaction! And the puppy is so cute! So the scheme with these two guys is they said found gold on some unowned land, and so they're saying it's probably on everyone else's land too, but everyone has to send some to be tested to be sure. And it costs $150 (a lot of money then), and they'd be happy to take the samples and money and send it in themselves. So $150 from every family there is a lot of money. They're telling everyone because they're trying to seem like moral people. Also I think the scripted dialogue works because no one thinks these men know eachother other than boarding in the same house. Matthew's suspicious, and I think Anne would be except that she's as excited about the gold as everyone else. Also the thing with Gilbert was not just he's enjoying the job while the other guy isn't, it's that the other guy is getting blamed for making noise and talking when Gilbert's singing, so it's risking his job. And he doesn't have options of working somewhere else like Gilbert does. Anyway, great reaction, I'm excited you're in season 2! Can't wait for the next one!
