le jardin privé is a 27 piece gardening themed set inspired mainly in beautiful pieces from garden glory, which creates beautiful modern stylish pieces for your home's garden. I decided to mix it with a bit of a farmhouse/french country vibe as well ( since it is my fave style) by adding a French/European pavilion style garden shed, a French Provincial style birdhouse, and also some French formal garden planters. functional items list: 🍃 diamond ring bird feeder ( the animation of the birds landing on it is a bit off as it does not follow EA's bird feeder construction, other than that, it is fully functional.) 🍃 watering can override - the functional version of the watering can is an override, this means it will replace EA's in game original watering can. make sure you do not have any other watering can overrides as mine may not show up in game for you if you have any other watering can overrides in game. 🍃 seed packet - this can be placed in your sims inventory and your sims can choose to open it to unpack it. 🍃 small planter ( functional version ) can be used to plant vegetables, flowers, etc. ( animation of the sim kneeling to plant an item will be somewhat off as this planter is much taller than the original EA in game ones ) 🍃 functional bird house - requires the cottage living pack 🍃 gardening books are functional and sims can read them. * check the gif image to see how the garden caddy can be set up with the garden tools, book and cloth.
This set comes with two restyled ( mesh edits and retextured base game items ) and a total of 20 swatches each. This is a new series I am enjoying working on at the moment where I restyle some of my favorite EA maxis match objects to fit both alpha and maxis match styles.
Both come with high quality textures to fit their respective styles so you can pick your favorite. The pillow for thoughts was originally designed as a meditation cushion but I decided to turn it into a decorative pillow to go along with the restyled chairs.

( the updated files with the added silver swatches and some name changes can be found in part 2, part 4 and part 6 of the set posted here) as well as below this post.

hello friends, I hope you are all doing well! ♥ I have recently been notified of a few bugs that are happening with the game after the latest updates and some glitches happening with some content I have previously created. I have to yet do the last two or three updates they released to fix bugs in game, because I am afraid I wouldn't be able to work with content if I did update, so I was waiting for a more stable version to come out in order to finally update my game. So far there are only a few items that have been reported to not work as they should, and I will be looking into those soon enough, once they are fixed I will also update the respective posts.

✿ functional items list: - wooden fridge/pantry, the fridge comes empty, but, I have added slots and some custom items that you can place inside as deco clutter.
- kitchen sink, the kitchen sink is functional and animated, though the animation is a little bit off as I had to adjust the placement of it so sims were able to use it, this makes the default animation appear somewhat off, other than that, the sink works just fine.
- lacanche stove, this stove does not have the conventional shape that EA's comes in, therefore its actual placement slot is a bit off center, other than that, animations and functions work perfectly.
✿ note: the kitchen island is a counter that has been edited to work as a kitchen island, and contains extra slots for clutter and sink placement. the dining table was edited to be at the height of the kitchen island/counter, and the chairs have been edited to work as bar stools.
