I've been hitting the gym 5 times already this week so today is my resting day, and I should probably take one more resting day so I don't hurt myself or anything. I just enjoy working out way too much. :D
If you're ever working out with a friend, here's what you can help each other with (in the video). After a few reps your stomach will probably burn, especially if you go sideways like we did sometimes.
