The character is Ryoko Hakubi from the anime Tenchi Muyo. Ryoko was one of my first wifus and Iv been wanting to draw her and them big feet of hers lol but at the same time I know alot of you guys like to vote. So for the first vote I wanna ask you guys what do you want to do?
