You could always split the difference and have them plantigrade like A, but still have the claws and prominent tendons in B so the "draconic" nature is still apparent. No opinion on the number of toes :3

The dragon feet look rather unique and I would be interested in seeing them But if I can hazard a suggestion, why not go with both, unless that goes against the character you are trying to design. Maybe this new OC can shift into a dragon form and their feet change with them fro, A to B. But that’s just my two cents XD
