I tell all the kids in my life not to even touch drugs, not because they’ll ruin your life but because if you ever want to get off of them and you reach out to a public health nurse, or even worse, a social worker, all they’ll do is give you clean drug paraphernalia and a naloxone kit and send you on your way. I’ve seen it a few times and it’s awful
