Being a woman or a man is a thoroughly anatomical and developmental category and taking pharmaceuticals and undergoing surgeries cannot change one's sex. When a female person takes testosterone to imitate men it changes her vocal cords and there are muscles in the heart that are very similar to the muscles in the vocal cords that also expand. So the so-called "trans man" has shortened her life to pretend to be a man. Testosterone also harms women's internal organs. I know of a woman personally who has a failing gallbladder due to taking cross-sex hormones. Testosterone is also a known carcinogenic for women as every cell in a woman's body is female and not meant to interact with male levels of testosterone. These "gender affirming" pharmaceuticals can be especially detrimental to minors. Puberty blocking hormones such as Lupron not only deter the development of secondary sex characteristics but also stunt bone growth and brain development.
