The Emperor’s new toaster?

I’ve been testing out the Balmuda toaster oven.

It’s an expensive Japanese toaster that steams bread before toasting it.

Why? Good question.

In other news, I wanted to mention something about last week's video about the Corgi Movie Vision. Before it went live on YouTube I added a couple of sections.  If you’re interested the new sections can be found between  15:15-17:21 and 18:03-20:08  https://youtu.be/YfFE5TyY4kU?t=914

In other other news, I’ve already shot a couple of segments for the next Patreon update and hope to do more on it this weekend. It’s just random nonsense this time, no theme. In fact I’d best get back on with that now, so I’ll cut this short and we’ll chat again very soon.

Take care.

At least there is some science behind a (well-made) £10 analogue RCA cable probably outperforming a badly made 50p one. It's the special 'audiophile' Cat6 cables that make me want to bang my head against a brick wall.

I can see a lot of 'upscale' hotels installing these, employing a 'chef de pain grillé' working in tandem with the omelette flipper. What a nightmare. In my work travels I built up a reputation breaking conveyor toasters out of sheer frustration in all four corners. Give me my £5 toaster any day of the week. Great analogy - really enjoyed this one.

You're missing the point, I have a friend paid £400 for some wire to connect the bass speaker to his surround-sound amp. Apparently, this isn't just your common-or-garden speaker cable, this is magic wire with all the oxygen removed and the copper crystals aligned along the wire, all very expensive stuff. I listened to his system and couldn't hear any diference, but the I wouldn't would I? I hadn't paid £400 for a length of copper wire....
