A random record with ‘Sixteen Sides’
Added 2020-09-27 12:00:15 +0000 UTCA shorter video this week but one featuring something I’ve wanted to cover for quite a while.
Behind the scenes I’ve been doing a lot of admin jobs this week, things like taking a load of polystyrene to the tip and swapping projects in and out of my storage locker. I also had a day trip out with the Mrs and shot a segment for the next Patreon exclusive. This only left enough time to make a quick video, so I've picked something that I knew would only take a day to shoot and another day and a half to edit.

A follow-up a year later (counting on Mat being notified 😃). This was just posted by Record-ology: https://youtu.be/X94bqVnpV-A The very same concept, horse race and all, although it's done on a single 45 rpm record rather than several 33s. And it predates your game by two decades, or more, so I guess the game designer(s?) got the idea from RCA/Bluebird. Perhaps something to mention on the next Odd-cast?
