The feedback under the last Pat-ex update indicated that the video aspect was off-putting and these updates would work better as an audio recording that could be listened to whilst doing other things.

I think a possible cause of comment warriors is that, in this era of alternative facts and fake news, some people are overcorrecting, and this manifests in an unslakable thirst for TRUTH in whatever form that might take. Whatever one puts online will draw a certain amount of anxiety from anxious people. Don't worry about it, do what you do. There are plenty more who love it.
