Shape is the most important. With the right shape, size becomes secondary. "Perfect" silicone balloons are too perfect, and become the opposite; naturalness should be the guiding principle. If they're so big they seriously sag w/o silicone, they ought to be reduced a little to something more sensible. Bigger is not always better.

Nipple size, shape, areolas, etc. They all play very important parts and cannot be overlooked. For me, I love a set of retrousse tits, heavy C's, with small nipples and flat areolas. Sorry if that's too much information; I just love boobs.
